1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ForSure ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Purpose
ForSure is a peer experience-sharing platform that enables service businesses to share their first-hand customer experiences with one another. ForSure does not evaluate, score, or rate consumers. ForSure is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The Platform provides a forum for verified service businesses to share factual accounts of their own direct experiences with customers. Reports are not independently verified by ForSure and do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or judgments about any individual.
3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
IMPORTANT: ForSure is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The Platform does not provide "consumer reports" as defined by the FCRA.
You expressly agree that you will NOT use information from ForSure to make decisions regarding:
- Credit eligibility or credit worthiness
- Employment, promotion, or termination decisions
- Insurance underwriting or eligibility
- Housing or tenant screening
- Any other purpose covered by the FCRA
ForSure is designed solely for internal business operations — specifically, to let service businesses view shared first-hand experiences from other verified contractors. Misuse of this service for FCRA-covered purposes may result in immediate termination and legal liability.
4. User Responsibilities
As a business user, you agree to:
- Submit only truthful reports based on your direct, first-hand business experiences with customers
- Not submit false, defamatory, or misleading reports
- Not use the Platform to harass, discriminate, or retaliate against customers
- Not use ForSure data to discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
The Platform does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information submitted by users. All data is contributed voluntarily by businesses and reflects their subjective, first-hand experiences. Users acknowledge that experience reports are derived from user-submitted data and may not reflect a complete picture of any individual's behavior.
6. Data Retention
Reports submitted to the network expire after 2 years from the date of submission. Expired reports are hidden from search results but are not deleted. Disputed entries may be hidden during review. Businesses may export their data at any time.
7. Dispute Resolution for Reported Consumers
If you are an individual who believes a report about you on ForSure contains inaccurate information, you have the right to submit a dispute. Visit our Dispute a Report page to submit your dispute. We will investigate within 30 days and contact you at the email you provide.
Businesses are responsible for reviewing and responding to disputes about their submitted data. The Platform will facilitate communication between disputing individuals and reporting businesses where necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForSure and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Between businesses, customer information is anonymized to protect individual privacy. Only the submitting business can view full customer details for their own records.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abuse of the Platform, or any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
